Dog Education: Puppy Teeth
At eight to ten weeks your puppies baby teeth will begin to loosen to make room for permanent teeth. The first to come in are the incisors followed by the canines and then premolars. The last teeth to come in are the adult molars. In most breeds all the adult teeth are present by eight months of age. This can be very a uncomfortable time for your pup. Be sure to supply proper chew items for your pup and many of them or he will find his own. We will be happy to help you chew safe, fun chew toys for your new baby.
